1) Please do not use courier express services unless there is no better option. Select the most cost effective alternative as your first choice.

Originating in Canada
Email Free
Fax, 10 pages including long distance charges and paper $0.50
Canada Post / Large 6 ounce envelope under 2 lbs. $0.98 to $4.50
Courier Services, starting at: PUROLATOR $4.20

2) Consolidate multiple shipments to the same destination (ship weekly to cut costs).

3) Please do not use Canada Post "Priority Courier" service, "Xpress post" services or USPS express services. These are the same as other courier services and CN does not get a discount for these services.

4) Please do not use other courier companies. These services are extremely expensive because CN does not get a discount for these services.

5) Please do not ask Purolator, UPS or any other courier companies for same-day delivery. Local companies provide a more reliable and more competitive same-day service.

6) FOR CN EMPLOYEES: Please refer to the CNInet web page (http://cninet.cn.ca/Courier/) for more instructions, additional cost saving options, rates and packaging.
